Shipping & Delivery Information

  • We partner with G.A.P Akis Express to ensure reliable and efficient shipping for all orders.
  • Ready-to-ship items will be dispatched by the artist within 2 business days.
  • Custom-made or made-to-order items will be shipped once completed, following the estimated timeframe provided by the artist.
  • Shipping fees are processed through our platform. During checkout, you can select the preferred branch of Akis Express you wish to pick up your order from. Ensure you choose the most convenient branch for collection.

Returns & Cancellations

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order if the product is faulty, damaged, or not as advertised on the platform.
  • To initiate a return, products must be sent back to the artist via G.A.P Akis Express. Please ensure the item is in its original condition.

Non-Returnable Items
